Therapy Exercise classes using Cobblestone mats, massage balls and resistance bands. These classes will assist with easing tensions and tightness throughout
the body and aid in eliminating toxins through reflexology points on the feet. Classes are followed by a gentle relaxation

SOUL    
Learn to meditate! Easy, simple techniques which will help you to relax, sleep
better and view stress differently. Jenny is an Angel Intuitive and facilitates her “Inspired By Angels” workshops sharing her love of The Angels – their role
in our lives – Healing with The Angels. Learn about Chakra’s, Energy and Auric Fields.

Jenny insists that she is purely a facilitator guiding you to connect with your
Higher Self. All that she shares with you is already within you!
She believes she creates the safe environment  for you to re-connect and remember ‘who you really are’ If you prefer to speak to Jenny on a one to one,
